Nimb is a free, independent living map of Polymarket prediction markets, built so you can read a market before you trade it. On Nimb, each circle is a market sized by the money traded on it; open one to see what traders expect, what moved, who holds the largest positions, and to place an order from your own wallet.
What is Nimb, in one paragraph?
Nimb (nimb.markets) turns Polymarket's public data into a map you can read at a glance. Circles are markets, their area follows the money traded over the timeframe you choose (from 1H to 30D), and their colour is the category: Geopolitics, Politics, Finance, Crypto, AI & Tech, Sports, Climate & Culture. Every market reads as one sentence. Nimb's reading of a market is its one-sentence summary: "Traders see a 41% chance…, down 4 points this week." Behind it sits the idea the whole product is built on, market reading: working out what a prediction market's price, flow and holders say about an event, and how much to trust it. When you have read enough, the order ticket sits in the same panel, so you go from reading to execution without changing tabs. The tagline says it in seven words: Read the market before you trade it.

Where does the name Nimb come from?
Nimb comes from the Latin nimbus: the cloud, and the halo of light around it. In Rome, augurs read the future in the sky, in the flight of birds and the shape of clouds. Nimb reads the crowd's forecast the same way, from the shape of the money.
How do you pronounce Nimb?
Say it "nimb", one syllable, rhyming with limb. The b is silent in English, so "nim" is fine too. The wordmark is always lowercase (nimb); in a sentence the name is capitalised (Nimb).
Why that name?
Four letters, one syllable, and no "poly", "bet" or "market" in it, so it never looks like a Polymarket product or a casino. It is rare as a word, which makes it easy to search for.
Is this the Nimb hotel or the Nimb ring?
No. This Nimb is the prediction market map at nimb.markets. It is not the Nimb hotel in Copenhagen and not the Nimb smart ring, and it has no connection with either.
What do we believe?
- A price is a reading, not a verdict. A Yes share priced at $0.41 means the crowd puts the chance at about 41%. That is useful information, and it can be wrong. We show how much money stands behind it, how thin the order book is and who holds the positions, so you can judge how far to trust it.
- Read before you trade. Nimb is built to educate. The docs explain how to read spread, depth, volume, money flow and holders before they mention an order. Every page about money links to the risks of prediction markets.
- Show the limits. When a signal is weak we say so, and we publish our own error rates. The analytics pages each carry a section on what the data cannot tell you, and known limitations lists what we have not fixed yet.
- Say the source. Every number carries a source line, "Data from Polymarket", with the time it was taken.
- Plain words. Chances in %, moves in points, money in $. No hype. The design system explains how this shapes every screen.
What is Nimb not?
Not a casino, not a tipster, not Polymarket.
- Not a casino. Nimb runs no markets and takes no side in any trade. Orders go to Polymarket's order book, where other traders fill them.
- Not a tipster. Nimb publishes no forecasts or trading signals to follow, and gives no financial advice. The chances you see are prices set by Polymarket traders, not Nimb's view.
- Not Polymarket. Nimb is independent and not affiliated with Polymarket. It reads Polymarket's public data and sends orders to Polymarket from the wallet you connect. Nimb never holds your funds. How this works, and how Nimb is paid, is on independence and business model.
Polymarket lists the United States, the United Kingdom, France and about 35 other countries and regions as close-only (you can close positions but not open new ones); sanctioned places are blocked completely. Nimb checks Polymarket's geoblock before every order. See eligibility and restricted countries.
Who makes Nimb?
Nimb is made by a small independent team. It has no investment from Polymarket and no arrangement with it beyond Polymarket's public builder program, which any developer can join.

How do I contact Nimb or report an error?
Message @nimbmarkets. To report an error, include:
- the page address (a docs page, a
/marketspage or a map link); - what it says, and what you believe is correct;
- a primary source if you have one, such as the market's page on polymarket.com or Polymarket's documentation;
- the date and time you saw it, since prices and lists change every few minutes.
How are corrections handled?
We check each report against the primary source. If we got a fact wrong, we fix the page, update its "Last reviewed" date and add a dated entry to the changelog saying what changed and why. We do not quietly rewrite numbers. Prices that moved after you saw them are not errors: every figure on Nimb is a snapshot, stamped with the time it was taken.
