Terms of use

Last updated · Nimb LLC

These terms apply when you use Nimb (nimb.markets): the map, the market pages, the docs and the order ticket. Nimb is run by Nimb LLC. By using Nimb you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nimb.

What Nimb is

Nimb is an independent interface to Polymarket. It reads Polymarket's public data and shows it as a map, as market pages and as analysis. If you connect a wallet, Nimb can prepare orders that you sign in your own wallet and that are sent to Polymarket.

  • Nimb is not Polymarket and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or owned by Polymarket.
  • Nimb is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser or counterparty. It does not take the other side of any trade.
  • Nimb never holds your money, your keys or your positions. Orders are matched and settled by Polymarket.
  • Polymarket's own terms, market rules and resolution apply to every trade you make through Nimb. Nimb cannot change how a market resolves.

No advice

Everything on Nimb is general information about public market data. Nothing on Nimb is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices are the crowd's estimate on Polymarket, not a forecast by Nimb. Analysis such as moves, holders, themes and correlations can be wrong or out of date. Decide for yourself, and get independent advice if you need it.

Who may trade

Reading Nimb is open to everyone. Trading is not. You may only place orders through Nimb if:

  • you are at least 18 years old, and of legal age to trade where you live;
  • trading prediction markets is legal for you where you are;
  • Polymarket allows you to open positions from your location. In the United States, the United Kingdom, France and other countries Polymarket lists, you can only close positions. Sanctioned places are blocked entirely;
  • you are not on a sanctions list and are not trading for someone who is.

Nimb checks Polymarket's location check before orders and may tell you when it looks like you cannot trade. That check is a help, not a guarantee: you are responsible for following the rules that apply to you. Do not use a VPN or any other means to get round location restrictions.

Your wallet and your orders

  • You are responsible for your wallet, your recovery phrase and your devices. Nimb never asks for your recovery phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not Nimb.
  • Every order and every transfer needs your signature. Read what your wallet shows before you sign. A signed order cannot be called back once it has matched.
  • Market orders can fill at a worse price than the one shown, up to the limit shown on the ticket, and may fill only in part.
  • Blockchain transactions and Polymarket's systems are outside Nimb's control. They can be delayed, fail or be reversed by their operators.

Fees

Reading Nimb is free. On orders placed through Nimb, Nimb charges a builder fee through Polymarket's Builder Program: 0.33% of the order value on taker orders, from 11 November 2026. Polymarket charges its own taker fee on markets that have one. The ticket shows both fees on separate lines before you sign. Nimb may change its builder fee within Polymarket's limits; Polymarket publishes every builder's rate and makes each change take effect only after notice. See fees and all-in pricing.

Data and availability

Nimb shows data from Polymarket's public APIs as it receives it. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and Nimb may be unavailable at times. Nimb is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Before you trade, check the market's rules and the current price on Polymarket.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nimb to break the law, to get round Polymarket's restrictions, to manipulate markets, to attack or overload Nimb's services or APIs, or to scrape it in a way that harms other users. You may quote and link to Nimb's pages; when you quote prices, say they come from Polymarket and give the date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nimb LLC is not liable for trading losses, for losses caused by Polymarket, by blockchains, wallets or other third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the builder fees you paid through Nimb in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Third-party services

Nimb links to and relies on services it does not run, including Polymarket, Polygon, your wallet provider and bridge providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are noted in the changelog. These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law: to be confirmed], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
